I removed it and restarted the computer. A few days later I scanned again and it's back. Google has been no help at all. So /g/, what exactly is 'PUM.Optional.NoSMHelp' ?

Are you dumb as shit or what? The first Google result for NoSMHelp explains it's a registry setting that hides "Help" from the start menu, and PUM = Potentially unwanted modifcation.
