IE is dead dipshit and they're offering every Windows 7 user and Windows 8 user an upgrade to the OS which has Edge as the new default browser that is a complete fork of IE with all of the legacy cruft completely stripped away.

I'm on windows 10 and edge is only in metro. IE works on the desktop
