Because the cute ones stay they stay around for two long getting tons of wins which I don't like so I might set up a bracket generator or maybe just make it go away after x wins in a row

It is. It's good to disinfect stuff in general, but dilute it to 3% if you have anything higher.
Still I recommend going to a doc if the infection doesn't visibly get better within a few days, or you might have a huge chunk of flesh or even muscle missing depending on where it is.
Where is it? Toe maybe? Ingrown toenail? You need to get that taken care of properly, it won't just go away.

Bottom of foot, I think I stepped on a piece of glass a few weeks ago and it REALLY hurt for a while. I got fed up and tried to see if I could dig something out with a knife.
