You see, there are many people who can write in English. But this sole skill doesn't enable them to write good fiction, poetry or even valuable posts. Hell, most don't even understand basics of how English language is constructed. They are limited to basic linguistic constructs. They can express their simple thoughts, but eloquent writings are unlikely.
There's more to programming than writing code and making apps.
