Go to the disabled channel and try to get your account back first.
They definitely keep logs of everything. Any IP/email you've used in the past will be a red flag. Using a VPN to connect to the site for the first time will just instantly disable your account. So either way you have to use your real IP. If you claim that you don't have an account and the IP with that account is a coincidence your new account will be flagged regardless.

In this few days got enough ration to become power user, so I uploaded the torrents required. Had to wait two months though, as is a requirement. Then from the invite forum there got BTN and PTP. I have to admit I got to TM myself with doing all 3 transcodes, saved me a lot of time because I renamed everything to follow WCD's classical tagging rules. I have rtorrent configured to load torrents from several watch directories for several trackers. I can't seem to be able to load any new torrents from one directory from one tracker. My account for that tracker is in good standing, and every other directory for every other tracker seems to be working normally. Is this the client's fault or the tracker's fault?

You can get something from a niche tracker, even an xvid SD when there's x264 available already will do. On trackers like CG you'll find a lot of movies not on PTP yet.
If you're not from the US you can also try to find content from your country on public trackers because a lot of 'foreign' movies don't make it to PTP. Also remember that aside from movies, stand-up comedy and concert videos are also allowed.
