Just installed xposed for the first time today. Was able to mod the hell out of my homescreen with Xposed GEL settings

You're at least rooted, probably on a custom ROM (DPI/status bar edits, could be xposed), using a non-stock launcher with a tweaked grid and an icon pack; I wouldn't say that is literally zero.
