This appears to be written for some websight that handles a lot of the calls itself. You have to like rewrite all of it yourself or pay them to keep it up and running.
I do know lua and javascript, and understand networking in lua (my distributing computing class in college used lua!) so I could possibly rewrite this but frankly I don't know if I want to dedicate myself to it. More than happy to donate server resources to the cause or whatever though
