If you can solder you can access a regular SATA interface. If this is one of those drives that has built in encryption you might be fucked though.

The one main thing I would advise is that you don't tell people that you are doing stuff to lose weight. You want to do it for yourself, but also, if others don't know, they can't judge you for saying you will lose fat, but then not actually. You also get a nice surprise when, after you've shed some fat, they start to take notice how much better you look.

For fucks sake, this machine already had a broken USB port, now I'm left with just one port out of 3. Reliable business machines they said.
