Mine was a freebie from some campus fair. Its just the top plastic layer with a reusable sticky backside, without the foam padding.
Doesnt lift your hand uncomfortably, doesnt slip, doesnt get int the way. But it is worn out now, where can i get more of those?

My G500s is starting to double click. Last time it was acting up I was able to take it apart and find a single piece of hair on the left click, but this time I think it's going out for good. Any suggestions for a guy who wants a mouse with at least two, no more than three thumb buttons and a dpi switcher?
I owned a Rival 300 for a day or two and it felt alright (though it arrived with a cosmetic defect which I felt was unacceptable for a 60 dollar mouse), but I'd like to get more input.

Love the low profile on the mouse, and the straight sides are infinitely more comfortable than the strange curves most manufacturers seem to want to put on an inanimate piece of tech. Great sensor without any acceleration or angle snapping unless you want it, with steps of 250dpi all the way up to some ridiculous number you'll never need.
Mousepad is great, smooth, and just a little bit more padded than the qck+. Nearing end game peripherals here.
My next purchase is probably a Cherry MX 3.0 or G80-5200 depending on if I can find a place near me that has the boards with ML switches, but I always wanted to try a combination of brown tactile and red linear so I'll probably just make the jump and buy a G80-5200 sight unseen.
