Well if you are college age, you got time man. Do not freakin feel you have to rush to find a path. Again, that is a luxury you need to learn to appreciate, even though produced through tragedy, if you do not make the most of it, it was a waste. Just don't be stupid. I had a friend as a kid with a similar situation, but not accident caused, Dad caused if you know what I mean. Anyways, him and his little brother got a shit load of money at 18, they completely fucking blew it as fast as they could on stupid shit..my friend offed himself a few yrs later. Little bro was all that was left and with nothing, cus they got real stupid.

People throw out the wildest shit. I found an AM3 board with a Phenom II x4 965 in the recycling bin at work. Sadly the board does not support AM3+ CPUs, but it does support Phenom II X6. My coworker found a system with an i7 3770k once as well.
This while people are still trying to sell their C2Q computers for the price a new and much better computer would be worth.
I'd be using that AM3 system today if I didn't already have an LGA1150 system at home. Right now it is sitting around waiting for me to find a use for it.

Since your bed is frameless, build a loft bed. It will give you 1/4 more room that the bed use to take up. You can put a desk under there if you want.

Yeah it's a Bitfenix Neos. I actually suggested this to the person I got the computer from. We sell it at work only for 43 euros, a very good deal for that price. It's a cheap case for sure and comes with the downsides, poor cable management options and limited size, but other than that it feels better than most cases which cost twice as much. Got space for two 120mm fans in the front, one 120mm exhaust, very decent for a decent computer.
