I don't know about USA, but in Canada when you try to hire someone, you can't discriminate on:
- Sex
- Religion
- Political belief
- Skin color
- Origin
- Disabilities

If you prove that someone is unable to do the job because of one of those points (like a firefighter in a wheelchair or a female Chippendale dancer). then it's legal to discriminate.
In that case, the company would have to prove that a man would be unable to do the job, which is safely driving a woman from a point A to a point B. That would take a really good lawyer to prove that.
