I grew out of "gaming" a long time ago, so the small collections of games I'll dedicate 30 minutes to once every few weeks for nostalgia/fun purposes are definitely available outside of steam, although not always legally (copyright should be shortened to 5 years anyways. the constitution says "useful arts", so musicians and game makers should be glad they get any protection at all.)
