For larger projects, C or Java. For smaller projects or scripts Python. I don't do webdev because I'm not a faggot, but I'd probably use flask/Django due to familiarity with Python or possibly JavaScript+node.js

I use Django at work. Supposedly Node is very useful, but Django already does so much for us, we don't need to use Node. We do use other smaller JS frameworks more suited to front end design like Knockout.js
