>be a pc noob
>every time i check out my GPU teperatures they are alaways high
>think it's because it's an NVDIA video card and that's common because of all the NVDIA memes i see every time NVDIA is brought up
>every time i clean my pc the fan on my video card is somewhat firm
>decide to start the pc while it's open to see what's happening
>see that the fan of the video card doesn't actually start up and if i just give it a manual initial push then it starts spinning

Properly clean and lubrificate the fan or buy a new one.
Fix fan/replace cooler, get a new card or just live with the fact that there's a toaster in your pc

I would look into a new card anyways.
You failed to spell Nvidia correctly on every single occasion, congrats.
Also, why's there a pet cone on your CPU? Did you have it neutered?

Probably to isolate the CPU exhaust from the rest of the config.

I had a nvidia gt9500 a long time ago. I had the same problem. Had to give it a little spin upon system startup.
