Yeah thought that might be it, im trying to make sure the first value in each sub array is increasing, then the 2nd etc.

either way, change 'i < t[i].length - 1' to 'j < t[i].length - 1'

Yeah cheers, just spotted that now too haha. Its supposed to determine whether each corresponding value in each subarray is increasing.
for example if i list an array of arrays, the values should be increasing vertically:
1 2 3
2 3 4
5 6 7

So make a variable and compare it to the next entry but leave a condition that the variable be checked for vertical increments.
