I bought the elevation legs from my workplace for $10 and mounted a piece of solid oak on top after I gave it a treatment of black oil.
The monitor shelf (also solid oak) is held up by some aluminium profiles I cut holes in with the little CNC mill at work.

I don't have a GPU yet. The ML07 from silver stone has a really large space for any dual slot GPU. It even has a bracket for holding the card up when you set the case horizontally. I wouldn't go buy the longest card you could but if you get a card that has only two fans on it instead of three you should be fine.

There's a thing called a linear actuator in each leg.
They're controlled from the controller box (not in the pic), which synchronizes the movements of the two legs so they're both at the same height.
The controller box can store two height settings for two separate users, so that's four settings in total, I guess.
I've only set two heights since I'm the only user.

thats a pretty basic demand, I know computer monitor mounts always have that option to turn 360 degees freely. It pretty easy and cheap to implement that into the mount.
