Me and my roommates are upgrading to 100/6 and charter wants a $100 activation/set up fee on top of the larger bill every month. We already have their equipment so seems like straight up snake oil charge shit. Anyone ever had experience dealing with this bullshit? I was going to tell them that we weren't interested because of the activation fee to see if a rep would drop it.
