They never show a finder window, their browser, or anything else. The most riced OS X desktops are barely different from stock. Maybe at most they changed the traffic lights.
OS X hasn't been good for rice since maybe Snow Leopard. Lion and up had some things like Flavors, but they didn't work very well and often had UI bugs.
Openbox and tint2 with default settings. Can't be arsed to do any fancy shit.

Currently if you want to rice OS X you have to disable SIP and then decrypt a few files which contain all the UI elements. You need to go through a ton of trial and error to figure out which images are which (and most of them are not obvious at all).
Flavors has been discontinued thanks to SIP being on by default, and that was the only real ricing tool left for OS X.
