OP, get out of your comfort zone, a timelapse of yourself picking up cans is not only depressing, it's also boring.
Film something more interesting with more horizontal movement, some landscapes, skylines, people, water, etc.

Your composition is amateur and can use tweaking when editing. Your colors are off and bland.
As an early project it's okay, keep at it and you'll get better. Hopefully.
