Does anyone know why Logitech M705 mouse has very poor tracking and what mousepad would you recommend?

K360, i don't play games that requires precision with kb+m on couch, so can't say about lag. For browsing it's fine.

it's ok when I write connected on my sony xperia z3 phone but lags when i connect to my laptop (like 2-3sec delay when pressing)

I suppose wireless keyboards with its own adapter are way better than bluetooth keyboards.. prolly gonna sell that keyboard even tho it's very comfortable and nice looking
