the fast way to do that is to back up the data, format the drive, and then copy it back, since an empty drive will just put every file down sequentially.
I let Windows 10 defrag my hard disk, it stays at 0% fragmentation all the time thanks to it. I heard somewhere that it only defrags files bigger than 50mb though...
