Here are the specs:
-Intel Celeron 697 mhz (couldn't find the celeron model)
-64 mb RAM
-20 gb hard drive
-100w power supply (if it helps)
-no gpu
It has Windows XP Pro on it, but with 64 mb RAM I'm pretty sure it was upgraded. Maybe it had windows 95/98/2000 originally? I could really use your help, and any assistance is appreciated.

It has a model number, and I'm fairly certain it was an OEM PC because the case doesn't have a sticker to show it has "intel inside" it's a part of the case.
It's called crappy old shitbox that should have been put out to pasture years ago.
take a pic of the motherboard
also get it into the BIOS and see what type of bios and version it's running
