Just buy it from the damn mechanical keyboard shops online... EK mechlube is fine. Stickers are just small thin foam I believe but that's a little too autistic for me to pay any attention to and I don't really like cherry style switches much.

all these memes, you want silicone grease for electronics applications, the shit you get at the chemist is for shoving shit up your ass so it contains water and so has a very short use life.
you can get it off ebay or other chinese outlets, you can also use "dielectric grease" which is the same thing but has better insulating properties.
