Unity/gamemaker.
Unity you can just import assets, not draw/animate/edit them in it.
Game maker has a super duper simple sprite maker/editor with no layering ability.
Flash allows me to make animations and use AS3 to code/program my games.
I mean, it does export as html5 now, but that requires me to use javascript (similar to as3 really), but the problem is html5 can't do al ot of stuff like fast/easy blur filters, or video which i can in flash.

Hope so. If it becomes completely compliant with HTML5 then yeah i can just continue to use flash and export out as that standard.
Alternatively i can make .exes for my games, but it grows the file size by 20mb since it embeds the flash swf code into the .exe
