Why don't you build a PC
>>53752793
Why do you shitpost?
Do you really lack attention in real life?
because i don't want to pay >$100 for a 600watt sfx psu.
>>53752812
How else do you expect to power a computer?
>>53752793
Because I'm a retard incapable of installing a motherboard, CPU and heatsink without fucking it up somehow. The rest I could take care of, though.
>>53752820
by gluing an apx psu to the outside of my case.
Why don't you fuck off back to Facebook?
>>53752793
Because prebuilts offer better performance for cheaper.
>>53752835
bullshit
>>53752832
What's the point of having a facebook account if you don't have any friends?
>tell everyone I built my own PC
>they mounted the CPU for me in store
>>53752825
What parts give you trouble?
>>53752845

>>53752835
>>53752858
Screwing in the motherboard I could probably deal with. It's the CPU and heatsink that always fuck me up.
>>53752846
Not bothering us with your dank maymays
>>53752859
>hp
>500w PSU
>no SSD
>this deal has expired
the bullshit remains
>>53752882
You could just use the heatsink that comes with the processor. With Intel, you pretty much just snap it into place. The thermal paste is already applied.
>>53752882
so use an intel stock cooler that you only have to pop in by pressing on the thumbtacks.
for somebody who can't screw-in a CPU cooler you don't wanna fuck with overclocking anyway.
Because the one time I tried I apparently fucked up and was giving my mobo too little power and my video card too much
>>53752915
>>53752916
Are AMD APU stock heatsinks any easier to deal with?
>>53752846
What? I have one just for shitpostin on news pages
>>53752944
nope they are actually worse in this case , you've to screw them in although the mounting bracket's for the coolers are preinstalled on amd mobos out of the box.
>>53752944
How much easier could it get?
>>53752847
DEVILISH
I am literally too stupid. I don't know how anyone manages it
>>53752793
because i already have?
>>53753035
what do you need help with?
>>53752793
I did, just last week. I'd post speccy, but I'm not home.
>>53753094
nice cable management, slick looking pc
>>53753035
Anon, look up on youtube newegg's how to build a computer. It walks you through every step.
>>53752902
>what is buying your own SSD and PSU
>what is waiting another week for another deal to pop up
>>53753113
Thanks, cable management is a mess on the other side, though.
>>53753086
>>53753130
Thanks but I've been here over 2 years and still don't understand how people even make a decision on the parts. I've needed a 3D visualization/rendering PC for the last year but have come to the realization that I'm too dumb to make something decent with the money I have.
I guess this kind of thing isn't for everyone

>>53753209
Use pcpartpicker, logicalincrements, stupid questions threads, and read reviews on newegg or amazon. You can plan a build in less than a week.
>>53753209
search engines exist, could try using any one of them -.-
I'm thinking of doing a mini ITX lowish budget build. What do you anons think? Should I just go mATX?
>i5 4460
>ASRock H97M-ITX/ac
>750ti (for now)
>Corsair VS Series 550w
>Cooler Master Elite 120
>8 gb ram
>WD blue 1TB hard drive
I'm thinking of putting it in the sitting room.
>>53753428
Thanks anon. I should probably go back over everything and see if I can get a grip on it all now some time has passed.
>>53753537
I know. I've watched a ton of videos, it's just coming to a final decision when my budget is pretty low and there's so many different opinions on the parts that I find difficult.
