What are /g/-approved advertisement blockers?
You destroy websites by spreading that cancer. And you will spread sponsored (ad) content that's impossible to ignore.
Now ads are still conviently boxed away. Which will end when normies start ad blocking.
So if you wish to keep ad blocking you need to silently do so.

uBlock Origin: https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock
Every other option is worst.

Hosts
Everything else is pleb tier
>>53740356
Came to say this but I see you have things under control here.

Blocks ads, but has the shitty leftovers of banner tablet/css/js/etc
>>53740000
uBlock Origin is the only one you need and should be using.
It's objectively better and faster than the alternatives AND it doesn't come with fucking "acceptable" ads or other nonsense.

>what is cosmetic filtering
Check out the real fucking pleb.

uMatrix, if you're not a fucking begginer.

>can only block by domain
How about no?
Browser?
Ublock origin.
Android?
Adaway (and Firefox with ublock origin, if you can tolerate Firefox for Android).

What about AdBlock? Not AdbBlock Plus, the oter one. The "non-Plus" AdBlock for Chrome?
>>53742549
Blocks less than ublock origin, causes more website breakage, slower than ublock origin.
There's literally no advantage.
>>53742582
Is uBlock Origin as seamless and easy as AdBlock non-Plus? The issue I had with ABP was that you had to setup your filters. I don't have time for that. AdBlock non-Plus does it all automatically.
>>53742634
The default setting is good enough, you don't need to setup anything unless you really want to.
>>53742698
ok, i'll give it a shot.
I'm fine with ads but only certain type of ones.
The ones that pop up if you click play on a porn video piss me off so I put on ad block.
The static ones on the sides are fine.
Everything else fucking sucks
