So recently my university decided to fuck up our net usage by introducing cyberroam which gives us only a specific amount of data per day and restricts access to porn, torrents, gambling websites etc general shiz. Now I can bypass this porn/gambling sites shiz with PHIPHON ez BUT there's a problem.
IM KINDA ADDICTED TO CSGO ANF CYBERFUCKING ROAM DOESNT ALLOW STEAM TO RUN. gg. I tried talking to the guys at the tech center and they said they wont allow steam to run unless I get a letter from my dean that it's a part of my course/syllabus. What the fuck do I do? How do i bypass this shiz MLG is coming i need them cobblestone dops ;_;

I am not American either and when I was in university I paid for my own line fine. Is this a country with shit internet? Because if you can install cable you can generally install internet services.
