So lately, whenever I'm playing youtube videos with ublock origin enabled (both in firefox and chromium) the video just stops at random and stops loading unless I scroll forward and then back. It doesn't happen when I disable ublock.
Has youtube added some new anti-adblock measure or something?
youtube has gotten glitchier for me too, I have the same symptom as you but I'm not sure if the problem is ublock origin or youtube center.
I have the same problem too and it also freezes the browser (I use AdBlock Plus); I have to minimize and maximize the window in order to defuckit, because the scroll doesn't work when it freezes. I thought it was from Flash even though it only happens on YouTube.

You should look into uMatrix (or uBlock Origin's Dynamic Filtering) and use it on YouTube.
I have *never* experienced any of the YouTube issues I see posted on /g/ frequently and I have *never* seen ads slipping through, because I don't rely solely on the blacklists in filter lists but uMatrix takes care of most shit by default.
Block *everything* from YouTube by default and then just slowly whitelist one cell at a time until video works. This will also make YouTube load faster on average.
