I used to work for Geek Squad and Office Depot. Fuck those jobs. Made me feel like a used car salesman, and they did fuck all for my resume when trying to break into a real IT gig.
Get the fuck out while you can, before your life is drained away and you die from stupidity and boredom, pursue a real career, i hope for your success.

I did however find a cat in a tower once.
the moving air mummified it after some time and the owner brought it in because it was overheating and shutting down. it was filled with the usual dust and cobwebs but under all that I found the animals curled up husk.
it smelled bad.

That beats anything I ever found in a case. Mostly ants and roaches, the occasional mouse or frog. One time I found a snake.
In the porn department, there were several cases of customers ordering data backups/transfers and we stumble across CP. The detectives would confiscate the computer as evidence, then either pay the guy a visit or have us call him in to "pick it up", and they'd pick him up instead.

I was at the north seattle location (eg. all the gay porn) and applied to NBC while I was working at staples and got hired for their NOC. just keep looking. Its a lot easier to get a job when you have one then not having one and looking a lot more.

Apply for anything you can/want to try. I had my AA and my Programming and Applied Sciences degree and it took me quite a while to find something within the tech field, but you can get there.
