This. Speedcrunch is good. The only downside is that you can't input complex numbers.

Mathematica, MATLAB, or Python with numpy/scipy.

I'm using OS X, so for simple calculations I always use Spotlight (which is a fucking great feature, as simple as it may be, even though it has a bug with long inputs since 10.11. Thanks Apple)

It think it has that but i've never used it:

As a replacement for the windows calculator even without that it's pretty good i think.

WabbitEMU to emulate a Ti-84 or whatever other TI you need

Wolfram Alpha for anything else

The amount of time it takes the W7 one to fade in takes the same amount of W10 one to finish the animation, so it's literally the same thing.

>>53718201

>>
>>53719075

I see your point but I disagree. if you're looking for integration of custom variables and multi-part equations you're going to be pretty limited, maybe one exists, I am not aware of it. Unless you emulate a TI-89 or use Excel which would be the most straightforward, but admittedly not lightweight. In my opinion, backing up and .xlsx file where you imput a few parameters and can output virtually unlimited number of output values including intermediate calculations visually will be more simple than importing/exporting a configuration file for your calculator program where you have to input single line formulae and then take the output from one calculation and use it as input on the next one. If you do find what you're looking for, make sure you share it though.

You're not going to trick me in to calling something that I cannot install or uninstall at will, a program. It's an "App", it's the bastardization of an application. For these "Apps" you need a powershell to uninstall and a full system restore to install.
