Lets say you have an Ethernet cable, could you buy an accessory or do something to it to make it give internet to two devices instead of just one?

Yes, if you have a computer with wireless capabilities you can combine the wireless network and the ethernet network into a host network that will kind of work like a sub router
split it in half, then plug them into both devices, the internet will distribute evenly through the cable and all your problems will be solved

100mbit only uses 2 pairs (1/2 and 3/6), but there are 4.
You won't be able to push more than 100mbit over it of course.
What you are looking for is an Ethernet splitter.

You'll need them on both ends I think, as the switch or whatever is on the single end will send frames only on 1/2. Correct me if this is bullshit, I don't know how "aware" switches are of split cables.

you just connect one cat single cable to a dual ethernet box/outlet, obviously has to be done on the other end too
