I've had a bunch of problems using freelancer sites (difficult getting projects completed), I have been using Upwork/Elance, does anyone recommend other sites?

I've utilised people from all over the world, whether they be Amerifats, or Poo in the loo Indians I don't really give a shit so long as the job is done. Do the job, get paid don't care what colour, nationality or bathroom habits you have.
