Is there a way to permanently remove this?

I have a Point of View TAB-P722C V1.0 and it have some "ads" that keep coming up, do you know any way to remove them?

I deleted some files that had to do with one of those a while back, and thought it that might have fixed it, but obviously it didn't.

So do you know if it possible to get rid of them for good?
I suspect they may have something to do with these updated apps(other pic), bu I'm not sure. The update apps are uninstallable.

I don't have it rooted and haven't found anything about rooting or flashing this model.

They aren't there right now, so I can't check it. If the source is an uninstallable app is there any way to remove it without root access?
