Used to use it but it's really a waste of time and just makes me frustrated desu. Think about it, would you rather be looking at endless self-fulfilling hollow quotes and FOX news articles or would you rather be doing something important like studying?

it's pretty lame and has ushered in an era of oversharing and people of all ages constantly pushing their fat greasy fingers around their phone. i have it, but i dont use it because i dont have a reason to. If I would like to talk to someone I can message them 1 on 1.
Deleted my account last year. It was useful for college but now that I've graduated it's pretty useless.
Never had an account, but from what's I've seen it's just too fast of a platform for any real discussion or learning. I guess it would be useful as a replacement for RSS, but I just don't need to.
The rest are pretty irrelevant anyway.

They prev launched the Messenger app as a standalone site now, messenger.com so you don't have to get directly on facebook. I have facebook normal and the msgr opened in different tabs.

Twitter is fun, I use to be so into twitter for a long time. I use to follow a lot of people then I cut back on shit and follow things I ACTUALLY care and want to see, like on instagram.

Yeah, I primarily use messenger and LINE as far as one on one/group chats go. And I use twitter to follow things that interest me all in one convenient location, but beyond that I don't really see much use for social media.

I just don't see its usefulness for me. I'm around the people I actually give a shit about on a daily basis and they just call me/ask to Skype if they want to talk anyway.

Friends and I have skipped over the DiscordApp. /g/ gives it shit but a lot of them, once they use it, they enjoy it. I would advise to test it out right now. They just added a friend's list. Worth it. We talk there and the VC is amazing and better than skype. They are getting video calling too soon and more other neat features
