Hi2050 can be had around that from Aliexpress.

The Tascam TH-02 are what I have, and although the sound is great, I don't think I can really recommend them.
They are uncomfortable, the pads sucks and go flat quickly, had to fill mine with toiler paper, and its cable is wonky, meaning that it fails in some parts, also, the fit can be pretty bad, my head is a bit small and even at the smallest adjustment, I wish it was even smaller.
My right cup failed, I tried finding out why, and it turns out the plastic joint on the left side was grinding against the cable going to the right side for some reason (It fell out of its dedicated hole in the joint).

The Sennheiser HD201 or whatever might be good, but I never tried it.

Superlux HD681 from Gearbest is on sale for $18.
Best earphones is a neutral Ety EK5 for $39 which is same analytical HD800-tier minus soundstage when other earphones at this price range is not analytical or detailed.
