How do these "Learn [language] in One Day" things make you feel, /g/? Also, have you tried any?
Not mad.
'Learn' is a vague word. It takes two hours with googling to grasp a basics of any language similar to C, if you know basics of any C-like language. It's all about bit different syntax after all.
If someone is capable of mastering a language in one day that person is either a savant or the language is absolute shit.
Learning a language really isn't hard. The problem most people are having is understanding programing and compiter science in general.
most programming languages are quick to learn the basics of, especially if you know general computing principles
Jackie's brother is writing programming books?
If you already know one with the same paradigms it's easy to learn a other language in a day.
That said, becoming effective with it will take months anyway.
