Seeing what Microsoft did with their twitter bot made think what if they make it program shit in some language by learning from all the open source projects on github, would it eventually be a better prigrammer than I'll ever have a chance or will it fail horribly?

Optimisation, code cleaning and conversion into other languages is all you are going to get until you have a computer capable of understanding a person and knowing what they want without having to explain it in code.
