Why would someone dual boot Windows with Linux while he/she can do everything you want with both of them?

I often wonder the same thing. I have Windows 10 on a dual boot that I haven't logged into in over a month. What's the point of having it when I don't ever need it? It's just an inconvenient mess. Now that I got Hyperdimension Neptunia running error-free 100% under Wine, I have nothing keeping me attached to Windows.

I can do all my internet shit on Linux without fear of begin spied on or getting any viruses. Windows doesn't need any protective softwares (AV, firewall, maleware blah, blah taking up resources).
No I don't do online gaming.

I just run windows in a HVM with a graphics card passed through. It was a lot of BS to set up but i hate rebooting that much.
