I'm about 6 months into using this one, I didn't bother to buy a case, because it was half the price of the phone, and I drop it all the time. It looks brand new and there aren't any scratches on the screen. It performs well enough for me, but if I go nuts with a bunch of widgets I miss the extra RAM. I totally intend to use this until it dies.
Really the only thing I dislike about the Moto E/G is that they both have terrible cameras, and the E has no flash.

I once bought an iPod Touch 3g and the interface of the music application was so awesome to me that I bought a 2 way Mixer alongside it to use the iPod as music player during Games with the Touchscreen making it easy to control playback with Visual feedback ingame without needing to switch programs. Even though I hated and still do hate Apple for what it does, it was totally worth it and I'd do it again if I was again 16 years old with the iPod Touch 3G being the newest available shit.
But recently I've tried an iPhone 5 for a week and got literally rekt when seeing the fuck-up of a buggy crippled music app in iOS 9. It doesn't even have that awesome landscape Album Cover overview, that part was just cut out completely - so even if Apple were arguing with it being "outdated" or anything - they didn't even leave it included as an option for those who still want to use it. Same with the ability to rearrange, hide and unhide patterns on the lower bar - on my old iPod, I can still move my Artist, Albums, Titles and Playlists buttons all to the main menu of the interface - good luck with that on a 479€ phone from 2016, it's not possible to do that.
tl;dr: things just got even worse concerning personalization of user interface elements.

IMO the icons are too vibrant, I think something minimal would fit the wallpaper + theres no clock and a huge space at the top that would work perfectly for one. Also the horizontal spacing of the icons puts them too close to the edge of the screen and it looks strange.
