Sometimes i see some computers for public use that are programmed in some way (8with windows 8.1 inside) that restores it selves everytime someone use it and turn it off so the next person that comes to use it see it as a new restored pc. How can it be done? there is some way that i can stop a computter doing that? Do i require admin password to do that? Post here what you know about it please I need help. This computer uses Windows 8.1.

Those computers are generally running a virtual machine image. They don't wave anything to the image, and when they reboot, the load the same image they started with.

It could be part pf the group policy. But you would need to be a domain admin to change that. I don't normally mess with the policies so I'm not even sure if its changed from there. Or maybe its spmething in the registry.
