My car, an '07 S60R, has an automatic that will bounce on the redline forever if I want it to.
And it has no tracking software or call home bullshit. Traction control can be a little intrusive even when supposedly disabled. I hope I can keep it until the gubmint forces all petrol-powered cars off the road.
