I would start with Linux, then Apache, then MySQL, then Php.
Just a second: angular.js is currently dying and angular 2 is currently rising.
Don't invest time in learning angular.js from scratch!
Anyways, nice web application ideas:
- forum / image board
- chat rooms
- blog servic
- image gallery
You can combine any of those high level services with existing low level stuff or create it yourself:
- usermanagement
- user storage / password hashing / user rights
- user-auth via FB, GitHub, Google etc.
- csrf protection
