not him but this was all over the rips of monmusu I got from nyaa.se. the back of trucks was translated, and shit, and it blended in seamlessly so you couldn't tell it was translated unless there was an extra frame after the scene cut, or something, or you skipped back like 5 secs to the scene, so the subs haven't loaded.
