Also,what is best assembler?
I use 64 bits dos/unix and i dont know were to start.Do i start with 8/16 bits??
I cant find any book on amazon when i type assembly.

follow this along with a linux virutalmachine under 32bit, you'll be able to follow along and learn indepth what everything does, then after you learn 64bit registers and stuff. you'll know asm and how shit works very well after reading it.
