>The U.S. Government's technology is 10+ years ahead of what the public has and knows about
Probably closer to 20 years desu
>>53584720
proof?
>>53584720
You mean, the same government that pays Microsoft billions just to keep Windows XP supported ?
>>53584720
>implying the IRS isn't running on 20 year old systems that were already obsolete when launched
>>53584736
It's what I've always been told.
How the military invented microwaves and later gave it to us in the form of microwave ovens.
Then there are all the conspiracy theories about Area 51 and how they have other kinds of "alien technology" comparable to microwaves that they haven't allowed the public to know about yet.
>>53584771
Kill yourself.
>>53584771
can confirm
aliens also told me

Source?
Ironically, most governments normally use stuff that is 10+ years behind the current tech.
>>53584808
This.
I have a buddy who works for gb government, he said on multiple occasions that they still roll xp
>>53584771
The military didn't invent microwaves, they discovered that microwaves heat water.
Microwaves were used and known about by academics since the 19th century.
The government doesn't have advanced tech, they just have a lot of it. For example, they don't have 200TB hard drives, they have 200 1TB hard drives.
>>53584802
Alien supreme high commander here, Can confirm I told him to tell him to tell that.
>10 years ahead

>lowest bidder
>cutting edge technology
pick one and only one
So because it is so massive, there is a lot of efficiency, but the have so much fucking money that it doesn't matter.
We can't even comprehend, Billions of dollar are spent on potential ideas, even whims will get ten million dollars because why not.
So many of my peers have taken jobs for government contractors, Raytheon and miter and many companies like that. They didn't take the jobs because they hate the Chinese, or love making weapons, they took them because the government jobs are generally the best offers, and there are several to choose from, and for the larger companies you choose where to work.
This is happening with every graduating class, they just throw money at people.
Now to say they have tech X numbers of years in the future is retarded, who knows what the future holds, but they have a lot of smart people on the payroll, and some of them are going to come up with good ideas, and then they will be flooded with resources.
The US military and space programs are the most advanced in the world, there is no argument. They have been for been for many years. These technologies leak to the public sector after a few years, and thats nice
Military technology
>>53584720
do you think their memes are 10 years ahead as well?
>>53584750
That's um, error uhh... Just a cover story... Yeah...
>>53584926
*inefficiency...
>>53584720
dumb frogposter
>>53584720
Most government project managers are so risk averse that there's no way in hell government would even have current technology much less "super-advanced" technology.
>>53584839
>Alien prostitute here, can confirm I blew him while he told him to tell him to tell that.
>>53584931
Shit taste, Schpog is way qter.
>>53584731
its actually between 20 and sometimes even 60, depending on what you're looking at
>desu
mcfucking kill yourself
they only have advanced technology because they can afford buying outrageously expensive technology in bulk
>>53584771
I used to believe this but the further i get up in society the older and older equipment end up being used
The 10+year gap is probably in college labs or to secrete corporation inventions, no where people are wiring about other people
>>53585528
Not thick enough
>>53585624
Makes up for the missing thickness with tallness desu
>>53584720
20 years ahead, they have cloaking devices,anti-gravity, the ability to see through walls, drones in insect form, the ability to have sex orgies and worship satan, they like owls and having sex with children is normal.
they also like to pretend like they have advanced tech to scare the masses from ever uprising against them.
>>53584826
>xp
Fuck please no
>>53585566
And they fund it's research.
The "cutting edge" military stuff they break out to impress is still the at least 20 year old gear.
All the stuff they made a stink about in the first Gulf War like smart bombs, cruise missiles, stealth tech and fancy night-vision and all that was the classified gear during the Vietnam War.
Notice they never talk about the nukes anymore even though they've continued to develop all of that and everybody has been building hypersonic cruise missile capable of carrying nuclear war heads.
You'll just see a lone news article they drum up to keep defense money flowing in about "oh no Russia is working on super fast undetectable missiles" making it sound like we are falling behind even though we've had them for decades because we've been outspending the entire world combined since the Cold War.
>>53585728
implying your cuck ass would ever be part of an uprising. You aren't ready to die for shit don't talk shit nigger.

Right, what people don't realize is that the Cold War, space race and nuclear development was the age of impossible. Scientists were literally told to invent new technologies and create devices using knowledge that didn't exist. The first space shuttles used fully analog devices that could accurately keep track of their orbit above earth without any of the things we have today for positional guidance.
Naturally, the government had access to things the populace wouldn't see for many decades later, but this state of wanting to be the best at all cost has pretty much died off and you can hardly call any single country as the most advanced, except for South Korea where most new tech is now developed and manufactured. Everyone, even governments, have essentially become consumers. Technology is only as confidential as the wallet of the highest bidder.
