okay /g/ ill be honest, I'm kinda retarded and i need help.
So here's what happen. I rooted my samsung grand prime, did some shit, wanted to unroot and now I have a FRP lock. I can undue the lock but i need the serial number, for some reason this number isnt working or maybe its only some of it idk.
Can someone tell me what the serial number im suppose to type in is?

Try without slashes, try either of the two long strings (not the 06, or the 4).
If those don't work, pop off the the back, lift off the battery and look for another serial number, usually labeled S/N.
You're lucky, most people won't even try to give you this much advice here.

Also, long shot here, try the IMEI number if you can find a sticker with that listed on there. People are saying that the IMEI = the S/N? which i find odd....

Just realized, that's the same as the first pic you provided, but without the slashes.
Try any of those numbers I guess.

thank you for the help anon, however after doing lots of research it turns out i have to use a public serial number but that is okay for the purpose of what im doing.
