You will have some issues with Command+C/V, some programs behave as in Windows, some not. If you are used to Ctrl+Left/Right to move cursor between words, you are fucked (used to swap desktops in MacOS).
Handling of multiple windows of same program is annoying. Photoshop CC15 has a process which hangs at 100% cpu usage. Also Spotlight sometimes hangs with hundred of gb's of virtual ram (Yosemite).
To see hidden files you need to install a program called Onyx. If you enable hidden files, and try to copy all files on a folder, .DS_Store will get in your way, you have to deselect .DS_Store otherwise an error will popup and the paste is canceled.
Sublime Text 3 hangs a lot, use Sublime Text 2 for now.
We switched to Mac OS at work from Windows 7 to release games on iOS. Still not really happy with the different behavior between official MacOS applications and multiplatform ones (MonoDevelop, Unity, IntelliJ Idea).
Vim mode became a life savior for me (But b is broken on MonoDevelop 2 (Unity 4.6.9)).
