The video is BNC.
It's electrically compatible to an RCA plug with a simple adapter.

I've got a box of them somewhere, I don't know where you'd buy them today though.

Those are composite video inputs using the BNC connector standard.

You will need a phono>bnc connector, and then you can connect a composite video enabled device of your choice, such as an older video game system.

BNC isn't always composite video. I've seen cases where it's component. In this case, it could be cable. Without a manual, I'd agree with you on composite.
