I'm designing a model car and I want to try to find the drag coefficient to make it super sleek and aero, is there any package for FreeCAD that would allow me to do that?
I can't find anything in my research but a wind tunnel would be great for my project.

Use a proper solution like Catia or NX for that kind of simulations or just plain old Matlab.

fairly certain you can do this in pro/e
if you import a solid body shape you can just integrate frontend / A in almost any CAD software

Sad but true. I just use solidworjs in a VM. Robot design is more important than software freedom.

I don't want to be a dick, but you have zero chance of modeling anything accurately. CFD is utter shit unless you are actually a PhD in it and have done it for many, many years, and even then actually matching an experiment on the first shot rarely happens.
You will have to do a wind tunnel to even have a chance of an accurate result. Even that is going to be difficult as you need a facility and need to know how to wire up a load cell / instrumentation amplifier. Building a good facility is difficult, but easier than getting good CFD results.
I've worked in an experimental fluid mechanics research lab for 20 years.
