What does whitelisting cookies do? I've really enjoyed the aesthetic of it on my Windows 10 for the past 3 months. My biggest issues with it at the moment are that I can't drag tabs from one window to another and if I ctrl+w the last tab it just leaves a window with a new tab page rather than closing the entire window.

They're not though, all it stores is the address and the icon.
There's 4MB of disk cache and it's all pinned tabs or tabs I've touched since opening the browser.
They're not present in about:memory or about:cache.
